My name is Jennifer Lindsey. I am originally from Los Angeles, CA. I moved to San Antonio, TX at 20 years old. I am now rooted here with my family, our two dogs and two cats.
My grandmother originally taught me how to wrap gifts when I was a child and it has been a passion for me ever since. I love the art behind creating beautiful presentations.
Before opening Gift Gathering, I worked as a chef. In culinary school I learned presentation is 80% of what makes a dish successful. As a chef, I was able to put into practice and see the effect of an attractive dish.
